The country with the highest median age was 🇲🇨Monaco where the median is 43.44 years. Closely followed by 🇮🇲Isle of Man with a median age of 38.30 years, and 🇻🇦Holy See with 38.25.

The country with the lowest median age for the year was 🇰🇪Kenya where the median is 13.14 years. Followed by 🇾🇹Mayotte with a median age of 13.75, and 🇲🇭Marshall Islands with 13.82 years.

The geographic region with the highest median age was Europe with a median of 31.25 years. Closely followed by Northern America with a median age of 28.37 years, and Oceania with 24.81 years of median age.

When devided into sub-subregions we can see that Western Europe had the highest median age of 33.05 years. Closely followed by Northern Europe with a median age of 32.48 years, and Southern Europe with 30.40 years of median age.

If we devide the global population into income groups we can see that High-income countries has the highest median age of 29.15 years. While the lowest median age is recorded by Low-income countries with a median age of only 16.36.
