The country with the highest total fertility rate is projected to be 🇹🇩Chad, with a rate of 4.89 births per woman. Closely followed by 🇨🇩Democratic Republic of the Congo with a total fertility rate of 4.77, and 🇸🇴Somalia with 4.74 children born per woman.

The country with the lowest annual fertility rate is projected to be 🇲🇴China, Macao SAR with only 0.8 births per woman. Followed by 🇭🇰China, Hong Kong SAR with a total fertility rate of 0.84, and 🇰🇷Republic of Korea with 0.89 children born per woman.

The geographic region with the highest total fertility is projected to be Africa with a rate of 3.33 births per woman. Closely followed by Oceania with a total fertility rate of 2.03, and Asia with 1.81 children born per woman.

When devided into sub-subregions we can see that Middle Africa is projected to have the highest total fertility rate of 4.4 people. Closely followed by Western Africa with a total fertility rate of 3.44, and Eastern Africa with 3.3 children born per woman.

If we devide the global population into income groups we can see that Low-income countries is projected to have the highest total fertility rate of 3.6. While the lowest fertility rate is recorded by Upper-middle-income countries with a TFR of only 1.5
